Kevin J. Flannery, Esq.
Kevin is a graduate of Providence College and Suffolk Law School. He was admitted to the Bar in 1981. He was admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He worked for the Law Office of Kevin Cain, staff counsel for Travelers Ins. Co., from 1989 to 1994. In 1994 Kevin began practicing at the Law Offices of James V. Murray, staff counsel for Amica Ins. Co. Kevin remained with Amica until his retirement in December 2023.
Kevin joined DCRI in 2004. During his tenure with DCRI Kevin was a member and board member as well as serving on various committees. In addition to his illustrious career as an insurance defense attorney, Kevin served as an Assistant District Attorney in and for Suffolk County Massachusetts (Boston). He clerked for Judge McNaught in the Federal Court in Massachusetts. And, most notably, Kevin was a doorman at the Black Rose and a Bartender at the Eliot Lounge, both Boston landmarks.
